今月はホラーゲームが多めです。
今月は今となってちょっと古いですが有名なゲームも提供され、「XCOM 2」「Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition」「Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition」はゲーマーなら誰でも知っているゲームです。
かなり人気のゲームですので、まだプレイしていない人は楽しめる確率がかなり高いです。今プレイしても古めかしさは感じないかと思います。
特に「Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition」と「Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition」はMODがたくさんありますので、MODを導入してテクスチャーを綺麗にしたりすることなども可能です。動作は重くなりますが。
とても人気のゲームなので既に持っている人が多いでしょう。ただどちらも最上位バージョンというのが良くて、DLCが全部付いてきます。
2ヶ月後あたりに公開予定のドラマ「Fallout」シーズン2に合わせてのゲームの提供ということらしいです。
「XCOM 2」はものすごく人気のターン制タクティカル・コンバットゲーム。日本でいうところの「ディスガイア」的な「シミュレーションゲーム」です。
人類 vs 宇宙人というストーリーで分かりやすいです。
このゲームはSteamのセールでかなり安くなるので、既に購入して持っている人も多いかと思いますが、まだプレイしていないならかなり楽しめでしょう。MetaScore も高いです。
「Tormented Souls」は『「バイオハザード」や「アローン・イン・ザ・ダーク」シリーズにインスパイアされた原点回帰的なサバイバルホラーゲーム』とありますので、そのあたりのホラーゲームが好きな人には良いでしょう。
Steamでレビューを読みますと、「バイオハザード 1」の操作感 ＋「サイレントヒル」のストーリーとのことです。
結構レビュー件数も多く、評価も高め。
「True Fear: Forsaken Souls」は画面探索系のホラーゲーム。今月は「Part 1」と「Part 2」の2つが提供されます。
このゲームは3部作ですので、もしかしたら来月に「Part 3」が提供されるかもしれません。
「Hellslave」はダークな世界観のダンジョンクロウラー・RPG。
有名な「Darkest Dungeon」に絵柄がちょっと似ています。昔のドラクエ的な画面でのターン制の戦闘です。
「Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Heart of the Forest」はビジュアルノベル・ロールプレイングゲーム。Steamでストアページがあるようですが、日本からのアクセスでは表示されないようです。
もともと同名の TRPG があり、それをゲーム化したものです。
今月は有名なゲームが本当に広く知られた有名なゲームで既にSteamで持っている人も多いかと思いますが、提供されるのはGOGバージョンです。
他の提供ゲームも悪くなく、プライム会員のおまけとしてはそこそこの満足感があるかと思います。
